Job Description
  • We are seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic warehouse team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.
  • You will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  2. Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and productivity.
  3. Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management and leadership, preferably in a FMCG environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Thorough knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
  • 2+ years of experience using complex WMS systems.

  • Minimise inventory loss and achieve high customer satisfaction by ensuring pick accuracy.
  • Optimise and complete pick face replenishment on a timely basis.
  • Work with the Inventory Team to resolve system and physical inventory differences and issues promptly.
