We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Learning & Capability to join our team at the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). As a key member of our Learning and Capability Branch, you will play a critical role in enhancing the TAC's capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Learning & Capability team to uplift the TAC's capability and performance through the design and delivery of learning programs and interventions.
- Support the Senior Consultant to deliver strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team, and organisational development.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that improve employee and organisational capability.
- Demonstrated experience in learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in a professional environment.
- Instructional Design experience and ability to apply human-centred design principles.
- Project management experience and ability to work as part of a fast-paced team with the capability to plan and work to deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
