Susquehanna International Group seeks highly motivated individuals for its Quantitative Trader program. The position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for decision-making.

Job Description

The Quantitative Trader will work closely with experienced traders to develop and implement trading strategies using game theory and decision science. The role involves analyzing market data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to achieve profitable outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Numerate + Logical: Clear and sound reasoning, rational thinking, and the ability to use numbers and data to solve problems.
  • Problem Solvers: Enjoy solving puzzles, identify complex problems, and find creative solutions.
  • Communicators: Excellent communication skills, build relationships, share ideas, and express thoughts effectively.
  • Curious: Excited by a career in trading, willing to learn, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Soon-to-be or Recent Grad: Confirmed plan to graduate by December 2026 with a degree in any discipline (most typically STEM), Distinction average WAM, from an Australian or New Zealand University
