About the Position

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be working alongside a team of experienced Mechanical Engineers and will have full-time support from a dedicated drafting team. This role offers mentorship opportunities, support, and career progression as you continue to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop HVAC systems for Building Services projects
  • Conduct complex calculations, including heat loads, pipe sizing, and duct sizing
  • Train and mentor junior Engineers
  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including Architects
  • Collaborate with internal Engineers and Drafters

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (beneficial)
  • Previous experience in Building Services design
  • Strong technical understanding of design and the BCA/NCC
