Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Provides direct quality patient care based on the plan of care and exercises judgment in delegating aspects of patient care appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff members.
  • Participates in professional development of self and staff to enhance patient-focused nursing practice, age, and population-specific to the nursing unit.
  • Performs a timely, comprehensive assessment using appropriate techniques for data collection, analysis, interpretation, and documentation to make age-appropriate decisions for the patient plan of care within scope of responsibility, training, and practice.
  • Develops, implements, documents, and evaluates on a regular basis the plan of care in collaboration with other team members based on multidisciplinary assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of accredited college, university, or school of nursing.
  • Current license or permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Stroke in-service annually.
  • CPR (BLS).
  • NIH Stroke Certification within 90 days from date of hire (except Pediatric and Nursery).
  • ACLS certification biannually for Emergency Department, Cardiac Cath Lab, PACU, ICU, and House Supervisors.
