Emergency Services Nursing Professional

This role presents an opportunity for a Clinical Support Nurse to contribute to the emergency services department. Key responsibilities include providing instructional education and mentoring best practices to junior and experienced staff. This position also involves working with clinical nurse educators, nurse unit managers and the education leadership team to identify and address practice needs of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and midwives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement instructional education programs for nursing staff
- Mentor junior and experienced staff in best practices
- Work collaboratively with the Centre for Education and Training team to develop clinicians who model excellent practice
About the Role:
This clinically based position requires direct collaboration with the Centre for Education and Training team to deliver high-quality educational services. You will be part of a highly skilled team that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care.
