We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Quality Specialist to join our team at People Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of time and attendance records for both StaffLink and Workers' Compensation payroll.

The role requires sound knowledge and understanding of payroll quality initiatives and systems associated with payroll, workers' compensation matters, legislation, rostering processes, practices, roles, responsibilities and the rostering currently used across NSW Health.

You will lead and manage a team of People Hub Administrators and work in close partnership with the Senior Manager People Hub, as well as the Roster Quality Manager, HealthRoster Coordinator, Associate Director and the Roster Hub management team.

This collaboration aims to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and support the organisation through ongoing operations and process improvements, thereby promoting best practice and consistent approaches across the organisation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex payroll quality matters and provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for implementing systems and processes to provide meaningful information for problem identification and development of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely flow of time and attendance records
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve payroll quality issues
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex payroll quality matters
  • Implement systems and processes to improve payroll quality
Requirements:
