This is a unique position within our organization, focused on delivering home-based physiotherapy services to clients through various government programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients with diverse physical abilities.

You will also provide evidence-based interventions in community settings, collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care planning and coordination, and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical capabilities and design customized treatment strategies
  • Deliver expert physiotherapy interventions in clients' homes or local community settings
  • Foster close collaboration with other healthcare experts to guarantee well-coordinated care planning and administration
  • Offer educational support and resources to clients and their families to promote self-management and autonomy
  • Keep detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Key Requirements:

We seek a qualified physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. A valid police clearance and exceptional communication skills are also essential.
