The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Officer to join our team in [location]. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Warehouse Team Leader in the daily operations of the warehouse, including Goods Receipting, Picking / Issuing of materials, and Stocktaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Checking and signing consignment notes
  • Loading and unloading freight utilising mobile plant
  • Stock picking, packing and processing of goods issues
  • Receipting of materials to warehouse utilising SAP inventory system
  • Review of Certifications for materials
  • Quality Assurance checks
  • Stocktaking
  • Investigation of stock discrepancies
  • Stock disposal processing
  • Investigating requirements for Offshore Returns
  • Use of staging and tracking tool in SAP
  • Packing materials for transport
  • Loading / Packing of materials into offshore containers for sea freight
Requirements
  • Advanced experience using SAP inventory system
  • High risk forklift ticket - LF
  • Knowledge and understanding of warehousing operations
  • High attention to detail
