Celotti Workforce is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe working practices, and maintaining high standards of inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including delegating tasks and monitoring performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential hazards
  • Liaise with transport providers to coordinate delivery and collection of inventory
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Forklift license (essential)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
