Cafe Disability Support Worker

'Where is my Coffee' is an innovative café that supports people with disabilities to develop their job skills and independence in a real-life work environment. As a social enterprise café, our goal is to help individuals with disabilities find paid employment.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in hospitality, as a barista, and food preparation. They will also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to provide hands-on mentoring to individuals participating in our trainee program.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or experience in the disability sector. They will also be able to share their knowledge and upskill others, and possess a current Food Safety Handling Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
