Join Our Team as a Casual Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Queen Street Store.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with regular customers, and providing fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staying on top of stock levels to ensure an engaging and well-stocked store environment
  • Connecting with customers to drive sales results and exceed their expectations
  • Maintaining in-store visual merchandising and supporting duties to create an inviting and stylish store atmosphere
  • Working rotational weekend roster including late night trade to meet the needs of our customers

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a passion for fashion and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Have an eye for fashion styling and a desire to exceed customers' expectations
