Join Our Team as a Strategic Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance Leader to join our executive team at National Agri-Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and growth of our agribusiness.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as managing internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for making recommendations to the executive team for improvements to operational processes and strategies, and for communicating consistently and transparently with key staff across our production sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Communicate with key staff across production sites
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance and administration team
  • Lead the financial strategy through business analysis and financial modelling
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Past experience working in a FMCG environment
  • 5+ years' experience as a finance executive, with a proven ability to analyse, manage, and control financial matters
  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Economics; CA or CPA qualifications preferable
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in agricultural, manufacturing, or processing environments
  • Brilliant communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Experience in complex Excel modelling
