Role Overview

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer/Art Director to contribute to our in-house creative team. This role is essential in shaping the visual identity of our new digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a 3D Designer/Art Director, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging visual content that aligns with our product offerings. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Collaborating with fellow designers and 3D artists to develop creative concepts.
  • Producing content for our digital platforms, including websites and applications.
  • Storyboarding and executing motion design projects.
  • Exploring diverse visual styles for internal presentations.

A significant aspect of your role will involve working on unique illustrations that complement our brand's aesthetic. You will be hands-on in texturing, lighting, and compositing to achieve a visually striking outcome.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a senior art director, creative director, or lead motion designer.
  • Advanced skills in 3D design, particularly in texturing, lighting, and compositing.
  • Willingness to explore various visual styles and embrace creative feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and trends in design.
  • Confidence in leading projects and presenting concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Redshift pipeline.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
