Global Investment Team Support Specialist

This is an administrative role that supports a global investment team.

  • Support the team with daily tasks, including travel booking and calendar management.
  • Work closely with the HQ in Montréal to manage administrative requests.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in collaboration with the office manager.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and office supply management.
  • Manage mail, courier services, and office supplies.
  • Act as a backup for office safety and security protocols.
  • Submit travel expenses timely via Concur.

This role reports to the Operations Director, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore and works closely with the Sydney Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in administration or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a global environment.

The successful candidate will also bring excellent written and spoken English and strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. High discretion, diplomacy, and tact are required in discharging duties. Proficiency in digital technology (Microsoft Office: Sharepoint, One Note, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) is essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a global environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Meticulous and goal-driven.
  • Proficiency in digital technology.
