**Job Title:** Senior Teacher Dual School Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Teacher to join our team as a Dual School Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about leading and coordinating educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Coordinate Educational Programs: Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students, staff, and the wider community.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community members.
  • Align Work with School Improvement Agenda: Ensure that all work is aligned with the school's improvement agenda and policies.
  • Provide Critical Communication and Advice: Provide high-quality communication and advice to stakeholders on Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training pathways and subject selections.
Requirements:
  • Senior Teaching Qualifications: Hold a senior teaching qualification or higher.
  • Experience in Education Leadership: Have experience in education leadership roles, preferably in a similar context.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
