About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our team, inspire excellence, and build a strong, supportive learning environment where children, families and staff thrive.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and caring leader with a passion for high-quality education and care, bringing a balance of professionalism and warmth.

You will have a proven track record of success as a Centre Director or Manager, handling day-to-day operations with ease and driving positive change.

A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and all relevant regulations and legislation is essential, as is proficiency with digital management platforms such as QikKids and QK Kiosk.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Check), First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Proven experience as a Centre Director or Manager, confidently handling day-to-day operations
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and all relevant regulations and legislation
  • Excellent people leadership skills – confident mentoring, guiding and developing your team
  • Proficiency with digital management platforms such as QikKids, QK Kiosk, CCS, ISS
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and empowering your educators
  • Passion for building strong family and community connections
