Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, subsequently sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Facilitate collaboration among colleagues by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Provide mentorship to new consultants, creating a supportive environment for their growth and success.
  • Contribute to the overall objectives of the Customer Success team by actively participating in goal-oriented initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and update information accordingly.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Utilize Datapay payroll software proficiently, with prior experience being a significant advantage.
  • Possess extensive knowledge in end-to-end payroll processing, encompassing all stages from initiation to completion.
  • Acknowledge the value of payroll processing in a bureau environment, which is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Accumulate over two years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Cultivate exceptional problem-solving skills, enabling effective mentoring and support of colleagues.
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for clear explanation of policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout your work.
