Mental Health Professional

As a Mental Health Worker in Western Downs Regional, you'll bring your expertise to a multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, recovery and wellbeing. Your Role
  • You'll provide tailored assessments and therapy to young people navigating mental health challenges, working closely with families and other professionals to shape care that's practical, respectful and evidence-based.
  • As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be expected to lead group sessions, contribute to service improvements and mentor junior staff.
