
Mental Health Care Specialist

As a Mental Health Worker in Western Downs Regional, you'll bring your expertise to a multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, recovery and wellbeing. This role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a regional setting where relationships matter and your contribution is truly valued.
Your Role- You'll provide tailored assessments and therapy to young people navigating mental health challenges, working closely with families and other professionals to shape care that's practical, respectful and evidence-based.
- As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be expected to lead group sessions, contribute to service improvements and mentor junior staff.

This role requires an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Speech Pathologist who can work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
