Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for clients
