Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
- Assist customers with meal preparation and shopping, as well as providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each customer.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment for customers, staff, and visitors.
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer-centered care.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
