Job Opportunity

Principal (Marine) Geologist/Geoscientist

We are seeking a seasoned geologist/geoscientist to join our marine consulting team. This role involves analyzing and interpreting offshore geo-data to provide customized advice to clients on their project needs.

  • Analyze and interpret high-quality offshore geo-data.
  • Provide accurate and customized advice to clients on their individual project needs.

Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

  1. Lead technical teams related to geology or engineering geology in projects.
  2. Delegate tasks, guide team members, and review calculations and reports for accuracy.
  3. Take on the role of Project Manager for Marine Consulting Projects.
  4. Prepare and review technical reports and proposals in a timely, organized, and accurate manner.
  5. Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and the client, handling communications on technical matters.

About You

  • Extensive experience (ideally 8-10 years) as a consulting geologist/geoscientist engineer within the offshore industry.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in geology/engineering geology/geoscience/geophysics or a related discipline.
  • Good communication skills and ability to perform within interdisciplinary project teams.
