Senior Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role that involves overseeing the work of a team and providing strategic advice to clients.

  • Lead by example, reviewing the work of teammates to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Liaise directly with clients in-person, via phone, and email.
  • Provide informed and accurate tax and business advice to a diverse portfolio.
  • Mentor and lead a team of 4-7 people.
  • Collaborate with other Senior Client Managers and the Director to effectively manage work based on critical timelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in public practice accounting.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
  • Commercially-minded with an understanding of the 'why' behind actions.
  • Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero (XPM), NowInfinity & Ignition is preferred.
  • Legal right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis.
