About Us

We are seeking a skilled Community Relations Advisor to join our Operations team. This role involves working closely with project teams to protect, support, and enhance the reputation and perception of our business.

This full-time position is based predominantly on site across our projects, with travel to and from site locations as required. The role offers a range of responsibilities, including community engagement, public complaints management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-project community engagement support or resources to project managers and projects as required.
  • Assist projects with the management of public complaints and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Draft and implement community liaison or stakeholder engagement management plans for projects.
  • Write and coordinate Project Profiles for corporate and client-specific purposes.
  • Identify, draft, and develop content for internal and external communications channels.
  • Contribute to the development and drafting of corporate communications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience in a community relations/engagement/liaison role, preferably on infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes independently.
