Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a minimum of 4 years' experience in the field.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing project logistics, including liaising with clients, providing regular progress reports, supervising construction teams, procuring materials, monitoring project budgets and timelines, conducting quality and safety inspections, preparing site reports, designs and drawings, maintaining quality control checks, motivating the workforce, addressing day-to-day challenges, and resolving issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
