About this Construction Role

We are seeking a skilled construction supervisor to lead our projects with expertise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and monitor sub-contractor performance.
  • Supervise multiple construction sites daily.
  • Achieve project goals by defining scope, allocating resources, scheduling staff, resolving design problems, and implementing change orders.
  • Meet personnel needs by hiring, training, and disciplining employees.
  • Maintain project budget by identifying variances and monitoring expenses.
  • Approve projects by gaining client approvals and conducting inspections at critical phases.
  • Foster a safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor degree preferred (in business, construction management, or engineering).
  • Minimum of five years in the construction industry with leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent organization and planning abilities.
  • Capacity to lead teams in meeting schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
