Senior UXD Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UXD Designer to lead our design efforts and create seamless digital experiences for millions of Australians.

About the Job

This is a senior role that involves end-to-end product design within an agile environment, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and Business SMEs. As a Senior UXD Designer, you will work on delivering engaging products that meet business metrics and anticipate customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and identify opportunities through research, workshops and co-design.
  • Translate insights into concepts, user flows and prototypes to test hypotheses and validate assumptions.
  • Create high-fidelity UX/UI designs that meet business requirements and are desirable for customers.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead delivery activities with customers, product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies.
  • Excellent interaction and UI design skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Financial Services or industries combining physical and digital services.
