Senior Client Manager

Main Responsibilities Include:- Aligning client thinking with the retail landscape through in-depth knowledge
- Carefully articulating client plans through field operations to ensure accurate execution
- Managing timely activations and objectives with partners
- Regularly reporting progress to partners on their projects and activations
- Providing data analysis to drive targeted initiatives
- Reporting gains and efficiencies to clients
- Leading the team as a brand ambassador, keeping them informed about partner products and activations
- Identifying new channels and customer opportunities
- Driving business growth through strategic planning and project management
- Tertiary qualification (desired)
- Significant experience in retail or DIY sectors
- Previous sales or account management experience with direct exposure to national home improvement retailers
- Proven ability to manage projects, plan strategically, and deliver results on time and within budget
- Sales experience and natural rapport-building skills
- Customer relationship management expertise
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
