About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring optimal staffing levels, allowing us to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Forecasting and capacity planning are critical components of this job, as they enable us to make informed decisions about resource allocation.

The Senior CX Reporting Specialist will support scheduling and make real-time adjustments to meet service demands effectively, minimizing wait times and improving overall efficiency. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on CX goals and staffing requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights that drive operational improvements and enhance the customer experience. They will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, or R (optional but preferred) and CRM systems
