Underground Mining Team Lead

There are 3 positions in Africa for shift supervisors working on a 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off roster. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced professionals in a safe and dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of shift workers and equipment usage at an underground mine site. Your duties will include ensuring all workers on shift are trained and competent to perform their duties safely and productively.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role, hold a current Underground Shift Supervisors Ticket, and demonstrate leadership and supervisory experience. You will also need to have a current Drivers Licence.
