Job Description

We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to lead the installation of cooling technology in public high-rise tower dwellings across Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement processes, contract management, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver project outcomes.

The role involves program management, including planning, scheduling, and managing consultants and external stakeholders to deliver a demand-driven program. You will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including divisional officers, consultants, contractors, renters, external agencies, local government, and departmental staff.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare detailed reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations.
