The Victorian Government is looking to leverage new technologies to deliver better outcomes for citizens and address key challenges such as staffing shortages, growing costs, reducing legacy, and rising citizen expectations. Technologies like artificial intelligence are providing endless opportunities to transform government services. Cyber attacks are on the rise, and government organizations need to become more resilient to protect citizen data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • DIGITALLY TRANSFORM GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES THROUGH TECHNOLOGICAL ADVISORY
  • STRATEGIZE TO DRIVE CUSTOMER INNOVATION AGENDA, IDEATE WITH THEM AND INSPIRE THEM AROUND POSSIBILITIES THAT TECHNOLOGY CAN PROVIDE
  • OWN EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, WORK AS A THOUGHT LEADER, CREATE LONG TERM STRATEGIES LINKING BUSINESS, TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRY NEEDS, ORCHESTRATE TEAMS OF TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS ACROSS THE PARTNER NETWORK TO PROVIDE RIGHT SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS

You will help define customer's technology roadmap and create an execution plan to help deliver on defined initiatives and grow adopted solutions in their environment.

Qualifications:
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN TECHNICAL CONSULTING OR SALES ROLE.
  • UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO BUILD TECHNICAL STRATEGY AND ROADMAP, GAINING BUY IN AND ORCHESTRATING TEAM TO EXECUTE AGAINST PLAN
  • PASSION FOR AND KNOWLEDGE OF RANGE OF TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS SUCH AS AI, CYBER SECURITY, CLOUD PLATFORMS, BUSINESS APPLICATIONS AND PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS
