Franchise Partner Onboarding Coordinator

The role of the Franchise Partner Onboarding Coordinator is to guide new franchise partners through a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a successful start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and provide ongoing support to address any challenges or concerns.
  • Attend regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching.
  • Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.

Requirements:

  • Drivers License.
