About the Role

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will be supporting various duties across the warehouse from goods inward through to dispatch, including inventory management and relevant administration tasks. You will also support ensuring customer satisfaction through the picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based around a Monday – Friday roster at Blackwoods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with goods inward and dispatch, and stock movement and storage in the warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with the dispatch of products at the trade counter to ensure correct order collection
  • Conduct relevant warehouse administration tasks (including stocktaking)
  • Operate machinery/equipment to assist with daily tasks in line with Blackwoods policy

Requirements:

  • Exposure to warehousing activities
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team as required
  • Experience within a customer-facing or customer-centric environment desirable
  • Valid forklift license desirable
