Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in the construction and maintenance of our wetland construction sites.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing soil and laying jute for plant establishment
  • Planting native vegetation and conducting maintenance of remnant native bushland, constructed wetlands, and newly built native landscapes
  • Working in a team environment to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Communicating effectively with site supervisors and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
