  • Provide support and mentorship to participants that encourages skills development and increases their capacity for work
  • Delve person centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants
About the Role

This role will commence as a casual position working weekdays. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will be based in one of our offices in Parramatta, Penrith or Sutherland.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Have current First Aid and CPR
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Be able to pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Be able to pass and complete an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
