About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning floors
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg)
