About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fresh Team as an Assistant Fresh Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a consistently good offer on our Fresh range, ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fresh Team Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Fresh Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of product quality, presentation, and availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
