Facilities Site Manager

The organisation is a specialist property agency with over 50 years of experience in managing commercial assets. We are a high-performing team that values our employees and fosters a culture of respect, inclusivity and fun.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated Facilities Site Manager at our flagship site in the heart of the CBD. As the key point of contact for the site, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building and its occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs and capital projects.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of external service contractors and tradesmen.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the Facilities Response Centre (CMMS) software to track and resolve work orders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and generate reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
