**About the Role:**

As a Manufacturing Team Coordinator, you will oversee the production process to ensure high-quality products are manufactured efficiently. Your leadership skills and ability to manage a team will play a crucial role in this position. If you have prior experience in food manufacturing and possess excellent leadership qualities, this opportunity is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with team members to determine materials needed for the day.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve shift employee development and performance.
  • Operate ovens in a hot environment to ensure effective production and packaging of products.
  • Mix raw ingredients into set batches according to established recipes.
  • Ensure plant and equipment run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Transport and handle ingredients safely.
  • Perform various production tasks, including packaging goods in a high-quality manner.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and form completion.

**Requirements:

  • Prior experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience.
  • A good understanding of food safety protocols.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Clear communication skills to provide instructions to team members.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to lift up to 15kg and work in a hot environment.

**Estimated Salary Range:** AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
