  • Intake Coordinator - Rehabilitation - Full Time
  • Health Unit Coordinator / Unit Secretary (Post Anesthesia)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist patients with daily living activities and provide support for physical therapy.
  2. Coordinate residential rehabilitation programs and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Manage cardiac rehabilitation intake and conduct assessments as needed.
  4. Provide occupational therapy services to patients and assist with everyday tasks.
  5. Conduct clinical checks and manage chronic care for patients.
  6. Coordinate intakes for rehabilitation services and facilitate communication between staff.
  7. Provide administrative support in health units and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
