About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of educators who share your commitment to delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, developing curriculum and programs, and contributing to the overall success of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 yearsDevelop and implement curriculum and programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Contribute to the overall success of the centre through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) qualification
  • An understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 yearsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
