Job Title: Special Education Advisor
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with education teams to provide advice and support for developing effective teaching and learning programs for students with low incidence disabilities.
- Provide expert advice on disability-specific practices, curriculum alignment, and evidence-based strategies.
- Assist teachers and staff in creating supportive learning environments that enable equal access, participation, engagement, and achievement for all students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualification.
- Current full or provisional registration with the relevant teaching authority.
- Pre-service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment as a teacher.
- Exemption card issued by the relevant Blue Card Services agency.
- Current driver's licence, as travel is required in this role.
