Job Title: Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to lead our early childhood education team in Nambour, Australia. As an educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-6 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a classroom environment that is safe and stimulating for children and families.
  • Implement the educational program effectively by engaging with educators, families, and children.
  • Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver a high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organizational policies, procedures, and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families, and children.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
