Early Childhood Education Specialist

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality education and care to children, including developing and implementing educational programs that meet their needs and align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  2. Mentoring and guiding educators to develop their skills and knowledge, including coaching and feedback to support reflective practice
  3. Building positive relationships with families and engaging them in their child's learning journey, including regular communication and updates on their child's progress

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for children, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our centre's educational programs and practices.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Teachers Registration
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to build positive relationships and support reflective practice
