ROUSSOS Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Cook Building, a leading South Australian builder, to find an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects across various sectors, including commercial, education, hospitality, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle project management, including business case development, feasibility, planning, design, and delivery.
  • Building and managing customer relationships, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Working within a dedicated team to deliver well-built, innovative infrastructure in the Adelaide region.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Project Coordinator in the Australian market.
  • Previous experience mentoring a Contract Administrator or Junior professional.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on budget and on time.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
