Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective project planning and implementation
  • Risk analysis and development of project planning artefacts
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Prepare and manage the project budget
  • Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and business processes
  • Contribute to the Construction Manager/General Manager portfolio of strategic direction and growth

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator for a Head Contractor/Managing Contractor in the commercial sector
  • Proficiency using MS Project and other MS office suite programmes
  • Commercial acumen and experience in contract administration, claims, reporting, budget, expenditure, and finance
  • Construction White Card and Current driver's license
  • National police clearance (NPC)
  • Ability or willingness to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance (DCAC)
