About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Scania Australia. As a key member of our dynamic Customer Service Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them face-to-face, over the phone or via email. You will set the expectations, guiding and updating our customers through the service process using excellent communication skills. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good computer skills, will help you drive positive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good computer skills
- Effective problem-solving, negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry (preferred)
