Requirements:
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a business analyst role, ideally in a Generalist or System role
  • The ability to bridge the gap between technical development solutions and front-end problems
  • Experience with a Customer Data Platform, or experience within a SAAS environment
  • Experience within travel or retail industry or other internet-scale environments
  • Background knowledge in discipline areas such as requirements gathering process, design and architecture
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Attention to detail and effective organisation and time management skills
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
