Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading multiple system enhancement projects and driving business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage requirements and traceability for all project phases, from procurement to deployment.
- Lead the elicitation and development of business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including integration requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Provide strong central documentation capabilities and analyze business requirements to identify potential solution options.
- Offer expert business analysis advice and support to the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and governance groups.
- Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships within the project team and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee business process modeling activities and deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and BPMN requirements.
- Previous experience as a Business/Business Systems Analyst in a large healthcare organization.
- Experience working on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) ICT implementation projects or similar.
- Strong negotiation, consultation, and communication skills, with experience in facilitating workshops in a large-scale, complex environment.
- Experience engaging and managing stakeholder groups, both formally and informally.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve technology challenges.
- Strong technical documentation skills and end-to-end system testing experience.
- BPMN skills and experience in establishing target and future state business process models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team.
- Relevant tertiary and/or Business Analysis qualifications and methodologies.
This is a daily rate position, inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
